Nicholas Davis III, Managing Director
Mr. Davis holds the degrees of Masters of Laws Taxation (LL.M.), Juris Doctor (J.D.), Masters in Business Administration (M.B.A.) and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in accounting/finance.
Mr. Davis practiced law in the state of Florida from 1981 until 1993 specializing in technology, health care, tax, securities, mergers and acquisitions and corporate reorganizations. From 1993 until 1996, Mr. Davis owned and operated an investment banking and consulting firm whereby he was primarily responsible for providing planning, design, management, operation, accounting and capital funding systems and structures to companies seeking public and private sector capital funding. From 1996 until March 1997, Mr. Davis served as Executive Vice President for PRN of North Carolina, Inc., a pain management and physical medicine management and consulting firm. In March of 1997, Mr. Davis joined CyberCare, Inc., a NASDAQ listed company, where he served as Senior Vice President and head of capital funding and mergers and acquisitions. While at CyberCare, Mr. Davis played an instrumental role in the rapid growth of the company and the rise of its stock price from $0.375 per share to $40.00 in less than two years.
In September of 1999, Mr. Davis founded CloverLeaf Capital Advisors, LLC, a private investment banking firm based in Orlando, FL. CloverLeaf provides services to its clients ranging from M&A, capital raising, legal, financial, accounting to strategic and tactic expertise necessary to guide companies through their development, growth and exit phases. With over $1B in transactional experience, CloverLeaf has developed proven methods, models and strategies to provide its clients with the skills necessary to compete in today’s volatile and dynamic business environment while allowing management of the companies it represents to focus on and match their skill sets to the core business of their companies.
